Manny began his career in the landscape industry in 2001. He started out providing landscape maintenance services, and eventually expanded to include hardscapes and landscape installation. Over the years, he has owned and operated multiple businesses with a keen eye for detail, always striving for perfection. Manny has dedicated himself to building the best landscape company possible, with a focus on providing quality services, cultivating a positive company culture, and exploring new possibilities.

In 2003, Theresa joined the industry while obtaining her degree in horticulture. She has since gained experience in landscape maintenance, installation, nursery sales, design, and foreman work.

Theresa then opened her own design business in 2008. She has a deep passion for plants and nature, specifically conservation, land stewardship, and the environment. She believes in using xeric, native, and drought-tolerant plants and designs, and taking care of and maintaining the resources we have while planning for future generations.


In 2016, Lusan was founded within a development under a different name. A year later, Manny was offered and accepted the role of General Manager in an effort to turn the company around. In 2020, Manny had the opportunity to purchase Lusan, and in 2022 Theresa's design business has been incorporated to create one unified company that offers a full range of services.
